Blue1

She spends her days
Locked in her dim lit room
Drawing on the walls
The story of her short life
With her romance novel fairy tales
And cherry blossom dreams
Amphetamine in her veins
She is oh-so sweet

Prayer

Amaline…

She tells me she loves me
As she pushes me away
The rain cloud hovers
Above her pretty head
And she is always in
Shades of blue and grey
Cast your eyes in my direction
Looking for a ray of light

Blue2

Amaline…

Can you come out and play?
Just put your delicate arms
Around me, hold my hand,
(such a pretty little girl)
and we can walk away.
Your scars will fade
I’ll try to bear your weight
And pull you through

Gray Image

Amaline…

I think you’re killing me…
