Originally, issue one was to have come out in January ‘05. As you can see, this did not happen. All of the Easel’s Staff have been very busy this year, and there were many setbacks.
So, the Easel Magazine will now be due out in September. Thank you for waiting so patiently! The Easel would especially like to apologize to all the artists whose work has been accepted to appear in the magazine and were expecting it to happen in a timely fashion: be assured, the whole time we are waiting, we are only making things better.
To try to make up for this failure on our part, we are adding a new section! Features, which can be found on the menu to your right, will be where we showcase our featured artists, as well as any other special thing we feel like doing. For example, the only two movie reviews in the history of the magazine – an experiment that is deeply regretted, and will not be reproduced without the availability of some sort of indie theater – will also appear there.
